    • Course registration is conducted through the official Joyin website.
    • Payments are made through our official payment partners, including Xendit and BCA.
    • Registration is considered valid once payment has been successfully received.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials, videos, and documents provided by Joyin are copyrighted property of Joyin. Reproducing, distributing, or using these materials without written permission is prohibited.

Joyin shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or training materials.

Refund Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2025 We understand that your plans may change. This page explains the cancellation and refund policy for Joyin therapist training courses.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your participation in the course by completing and submitting the Registration Cancellation Form no later than 3 (three) days before the course start date. An administrative fee of IDR 180,000 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and processing costs.

2. How to Request a Refund

    1. Complete the Registration Cancellation Form.
    1. Send the completed form by email to contact@joyin.id.
    1. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after all required documents have been received in full.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

    • The refund request is submitted less than 3 days before the course begins.
    • The participant does not attend the course without prior notice.
    • The participant has accessed or downloaded the training materials (for online courses).
