Early Diagnosis Matters

Early intervention is more effective and can significantly impact your child’s development.

It’s Never Too Early

An autism diagnosis can only be formalized after the age of 2, but an experienced diagnostician can detect early signs much sooner. If you have concerns, consult an expert immediately—it’s never too early.

Priority Access for Children Under 3

We offer a priority diagnosis pathway for children under 3 years old. The average wait time for a diagnosis is two weeks. Every day counts.

The Diagnostic Process

1. Initial Screening

Before the evaluation, we will ask you to meet with the diagnostician—either in person or online—and complete pre-assessment questionnaires. This helps us gather information about your concerns, social skills, and behavioral challenges to personalize your child’s diagnostic journey.

2. Assessment Appointment

The direct assessment with the child follows a semi-structured observation protocol designed to evaluate communication, social interaction, play, and behaviors. Additionally, the assessor will determine which evaluation tools are most appropriate based on your child’s age and specific needs.

3. Adaptation & Functional Evaluation

This step assesses your child’s daily life adaptation and functioning, including communication, social skills, personal independence, and practical life management.

Parents will complete a standardized online interview to provide a detailed picture of their child’s abilities in real-world settings.

4. Results & Report

You will receive a follow-up appointment with the clinician who conducted the evaluation.

During this session, the diagnostic outcome will be thoroughly explained, along with its implications and available intervention options.

You will also receive a written report detailing the diagnosis, an in-depth overview of your child’s situation, and personalized recommendations.

The Importance of Early Diagnosis

Autism, ADHD, and language disorders are developmental conditions, meaning they gradually emerge over time, often becoming clearly apparent only after age two. However, expert assessors can detect subtle signs of attention and social responsiveness disruptions as early as the first months of life.

Early identification allows for early intervention—and intervention within the first two years is the most effective. It can significantly improve communication, social skills, and overall development, reducing the risk of long-term disabilities.

If you have concerns about your child’s development, don’t wait. Early action can change their future!
